*You need to pay attention to detail, you need to do this because we want our website to be of  good quality so that it is presentable and people will want to visit it.

*Another thing that we are looking for is a previous background in design so you are able to work well and  bring good ideas to our business.

*You also need to have good ideas for design and be able to keep up with the current trends in the media. It's essential to the job as if we don't have an up to date website we won't do as well as a business.

* To apply for this job you must of have a great of Adobe Creative Suites, good flash skills and experience in web design and layouts this is important because without it you will struggle to do the job.
